Those who know me personally will know how obsessed I am with cannoli! I literally can’t get enough of them, but they’re so rare to find here. The cannoli available at Guiseppe’s Lite have to be the best ones I’ve ever found in England. So January payday finally came around, I was craving really good cannoli. So what did I do? Drive the 100 mile round trip to go and get some, that’s what!
Keith’s Ultimate 5-Ingredient Macaroni Cheese Recipe
I don’t think I’m alone when I say that macaroni cheese is a fantastic comfort food. It’s the perfect mid-week meal for winter time as it’s so easy to make. I think I’m alone when I say that I love mine with loads of brown sauce! But I am weird like that!! You may have your own version of this classic recipe, but I’d love you to try mine. It’s great!

REVIEW: Supermarine, Southampton. An Authentic & Fun Italian Restaurant
As I’m sure you know by now, when a new Italian restaurant opens in my hometown, I like to discover more about it and preferably pay a visit as soon as possible. 2017 Winter Menu Launch @ Franco Manca, Southampton
I was thrilled to be invited to the winter menu launch night at one of my favourite local eateries! I was actually at the restaurant one Friday night on a first date when the Restaurant Manager, Paul Galvin, very kindly invited me and a guest to the event the following Wednesday. He was being a bro! What an exciting opportunity to sample the new menu items before anyone else, and all on the house too! How could I say no to free pizza?! Unlike my previous invite to this amazing restaurant, my mother wasn’t invited. Instead, a close friend of mine, Amy Boniface, managed to get the night off from childcare and wifely duties to join me. Continue reading

REVIEW: Baffi, Southampton. A Second Neapolitan Pizzeria Arrives In The City
Portswood has enjoyed a refresh in recent years and now boasts a quirky selection of eateries. Over the last five years, this suburb just outside the city centre is home to a few gelaterias, a Greek taverna, a burger joint, a shisha bar and now *drum roll* a Neapolitan Pizzeria too! I was browsing Facebook one night and I saw on the Baffi page they listed a branch in Portswood. Eagerly I sent them a message asking more about this branch. I sent them a link to Keith’s Kitchen and they very kindly invited me in for a complimentary meal for two. Amazing! How could I refuse another free pizza?! What’s more, I was the only blogger to be invited!! Continue reading
